Waldo was a studio band put together by super producers Willie Lester & Rodney Browne. Waldo was comprised of James T Brown (bass, lead vocals)Tyrone Lester (lead vocals) Calvin Koko Brunson (keyboards/synthesizers) Melvin Harrod (guitars) and Perk Jacobs (drums). This, the lone album by Waldo, is a mixture of up tempo funky grooves with a couple of delicious soulful mid tempo tracks that showcase the bands natural talents and thetight and infectious production of Lester & Brown.
