J.R. Bailey

A prolific songwriter for such mainstream soul acts such as Main Ingredient, Isaac Hayes and Erasmus Hall, J.R. Bailey was also a member of The Detroit Magnificents, The Cadillacs and also had a number of R & B hits in his own name in the 1960’s and 1970’s. Presented here is his rare 1974 soul single “The Entertainer (If They Could See Me Now)” b/w “You Pass My Love (Like A Moving Train)” newly remastered.
